Grammy winning indie folk musician Chance McCoy of Old Crow returns to The Burl!!!! After seven years of touring, recording five albums and winning two grammies as a band member of the luminary Americana outfit Old Crow Medicine Show, Chance McCoy left in 2019 to start a new musical direction and found himself scoring feature films, including his single 'Whippoorwills' for the film 'The Peanut Butter Falcon'.

He mixes modern and traditional folk music in a dazzling multi instrumental display using live looping and a host of on stage instruments and technical gadgetry for his live shows.

Rolling Stone said "Chance McCoy launches spacey, banjo-fueled stomp into Americana’s outer orbit" and Paste proclaims “He may have one of the better alt-folk debuts of this year on his hands".
