Riverboat Theatre

Join Shaker Village and Adventure Theatre as we partner to explore the "romanticism of the river" through the eyes of Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn.

Using a retired riverboat as their stage, Tom and Huck will share some of their favorite childhood adventures along the Mississippi River. They, and their troupe of friends, will also be "telling tales" and "spinning yarns" from the history of travel along the Kentucky River.

Joining the fun will be the Huckleberry Bluegrass Band, with performances both before and during the show.

Bring your lawn chair or blanket, grab some food and a beverage from the Shaker Landing Barn Bar, and settle in for an unbelievably unique and immersive experience that is pure Kentucky!
