Intro to Strength Training is a free, beginner-friendly workshop hosted at Sol Fitness in Lexington. Led by Co-Founder and Header Trainer, Coach Sunny, and Director of Education, Coach Casey, this is part group conversation, part gentle movement screening, and part personalized roadmap, designed for anyone who's new to the gym, returning after time away, or simply looking for a fitness community that feels welcoming and human.
