The Central Music Society of Central Kentucky presents the Garth Newel Piano Quartet. This ensemble is known for their spirited and impassioned performances that offer an enlivened interpretation of both standard and new repertoire. They are artists-in-residence at Garth Newel Music Center, one of the premier and most active chamber music organizations in the United States.
The Lexington program includes one of the greatest of all chamber works—Brahms’s Piano Quartet in A Major—plus a delightful Mozart opener.
