Chef Ouita Michel, the six-time James Beard Foundation award nominee, and Dr. Lee Jefferson of Centre College, will examine the food of the holidays and explain why we lean towards the foods that we enjoy during the holiday season. This will be a mix of food history lesson and culinary exploration. Ouita will also be providing her delicious holiday cookies for guests to enjoy. Don't miss out on this taste of the holidays!
