Sowing Peace: Facing Nuclear Fears

The second program in this three part series is a screening (67 min.) of “The Seeds of Peace” a documentary by David-Paul B. Hedberg. In the film Dr. Hideko Tamura Snider, a survivor of Hiroshima, confronts her trauma and gathers seeds of trees that survived the blast; planting symbols of hope, healing, and remembrance. These survivor trees have been planted around the world.
