Introducing Centre's new #HealthyAtHome activity, a mini-lecture series featuring Emeritus Professors.

In the first installment, Dr. C. Kenneth Keffer, H.W. Stodghill, Jr. and Adele H. Stodghill Professor of French and German Emeritus, discusses a mural his students completed during his spring semester humanities class. The mural is a replica of Sheldon Tapley's "Flowers in a Bohemian Vase"; Tapley is an H.W. Stodghill, Jr. and Adele H. Stodghill Professor of Art at the College teaching drawing courses.

Dr. Keffer discusses the philosophy, influence, and process that went into recreating Tapley's painting as a mural with more than 24 individual student paintings.
