Bourbon Barrel Beer Braised Kielbasa

Kielbasa wrapped in pretzel dough and served with bourbon barrel beer cheese. Paired with Bourbon Barrel Ale. 

Bourbon Barrel Brine Pork Schnitzel

Served with Milk Stout beer mashed potatoes with flash fried leeks. Paired with Milk Stout.

Vanilla Cream Ale Battered Fish n Chips

Served with French Fries and a cream ale remoulade. Paired with Vanilla Cream Ale. 

Irish Red Ale Braised Goulash

German Goulash over a bed of milk stout spätzle. Paired with Irish Red Ale.

German Pumpkin Ale Cake
