Franck Vigroux returns to the Singletary Center stage with visual artist Antoine Schmitt for Cascades, a live audiovisual experience. Inspired by waterfalls, Cascades transforms the movement of flowing water into streams of pixels – shifting and changing in real time. Visuals are generated live as the performance unfolds, no two ever the same. The music follows a similar idea, using electronic instruments to create an ever-changing soundscape that moves between energy and stillness.
Created through more than a decade of collaboration between Vigroux and Schmitt, Cascades explores movement, stability, and the unexpected moments that can emerge between them.
