Clay Self Portraits

Express your creativity in wild and whimsical ways in this clay workshop. Follow the step-by-step instructions in the video tutorial to create your own ceramic self-portrait.

No previous experience with clay is required. This class is open to students ages 10+. Register online at www.artcenterky.org/adult-classes

This is a self-paced, take home class with instruction provided via recorded video. The timeline and process is:

• Pick up supplies between January 19 and 23.
• You should complete your project and return it to the Art Center absolutely no later than Tuesday, January 26. You will also need to return some of the supplies.
• Fired pieces will be ready to paint by February 2nd. If public health guidelines allow, students can paint their pieces using acrylic paints in the Art Center classroom at their convenience. If everything is still virtual, we'll send a paint kit home.
