Temporary Monument: ATL/LEX brings together artists from Atlanta and Lexington in a pop-up exhibition organized by the @temporaryartcenter in collaboration with @2ndstory.art and the @ukartmuseum in addition to cultural producers @ddmmfreed and @katherinestpaul , and real estate developer @katiekaufman. With support from VisitLex @visitlex

The exhibition highlights artists from Atlanta and Lexington and features a dynamic selection of artwork exploring aspects of figuration, abstraction, materiality, and popular culture. Many of the works engage the physicality of the space itself with its columns, floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed ductwork, and concrete floors.
