Not sure where to begin with strength training? Sol Fitness is hosting their free monthly Intro to Strength Training workshop - and this month's session is designed with your lunch hour in mind.
Led by Coach Sunny and Coach Casey, this beginner-friendly experience is part group consultation, part movement screening, and entirely low pressure. In one hour you'll move through a guided group conversation, a personalized movement screening, and walk away with a clear training path built around your body, your goals, and your schedule.
