The Bizarre Bazaar presents T&A24: an A24 burlesque tribute, featuring performers from Louisville, Paducah and Lexington.
A24 is an independent film company best known for the haunting, beautiful and shocking movies Midsommer, The Witch, Pearl, Maxxine, Amy, The Lighthouse, Spring Breakers, Tusk, Love Lies Bleeding, Hereditary, Heretic and many more. The company distributes and produces artistic, psychologically disturbing, and mind-bending horror films often referred to as "elevated horror,” as well as dark comedies, documentaries, tv series, and experimental movies. Most of these films share a similar approach, including ambiguity, bleak atmosphere, disruptive formulas, outbursts of violence, psychological dilemmas, and realistic character drama.
From the drag, belly dance, burlesque and sideshow performers who brought you the holiday vaudeville shows For the Love of Film, The Vices Show of 4/20, Attack of the Tassels (Star Wars weekend,) Crab Cakes: a cancerian variety show, Deep Space 69: a Star Trek variety show, A Saucy Halloween and The Winter Sols Tits, we are delighted to bring a February feature unlike any other.
