Barbell Basics is a free, hands-on workshop for anyone who is new to the barbell and ready to learn. We focus on one lift each month, break down the mechanics, and get you comfortable with the bar through personalized coaching.

May 16 we're starting with the squat. In 75 minutes you'll walk away with the foundation and confidence to train safely, move well, and step into more advanced programming whenever you're ready.

No experience needed. This workshop was built for beginners. Space is limited to 12 lifters — registration required.
