Sol Fitness is hosting a FREE Intro to Strength Training workshop on Monday, February 23 at 5:00pm in Lexington, KY.
This beginner-friendly session is open to all fitness levels and all people, especially those who are new to the gym, returning to movement, or feeling unsure about where to start. Led by Sunny Bayne, the workshop is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and pressure-free.
The experience includes a guided group conversation around goals, followed by a low-sweat movement screening to help participants understand their baseline and explore training options that fit their body, goals, and budget. This is not a high-intensity workout.
Spots are limited to 12 participants to keep the experience personal.
