Creative work accepted should be inspired by trees, whether figuratively or metaphorically. See theme suggestions below.

You may submit up to three creative works, however, we may need to limit the amount of work accepted due to space allocations.

Creative work theme ideas include (but are not limited to):

  • Dendrology (scientific study of trees)
  • Landscapes
  • Depictions of trees (realistic, abstract, etc.)
  • Growth
  • Resilience
  • Family trees
  • Roots
  • Branches
  • Seasons

Literary Submissions

You may copy and paste your text into this submission form. You also could provide a link to the writing on another platform. BCTC will print off and display the text for you. If you prefer, you may print your own text and submit that as well, but we still need to review the content in this form.

Visual Art Submissions

This is a part virtual exhibition, therefore the highest quality image of your work should be provided. Please photograph your work using a clear resolution without any distracting backgrounds. If possible, have your work of art take up the entire image.
