Get ready to explore your creative side in this hands-on art history class. Each week, students will discover a new art technique – and learn about the artists who use it.

Our curriculum for Winter Session 1 ties directly into the upcoming exhibit - The Art of Being Black: Conversation and Experience. We will learn about several of the artists in the exhibit and study the themes and artistic techniques of the show.

Our first four-week winter session will be entirely virtual. Families can elect to pick up their supplies weekly or collect a box with all the supplies for four weeks before the first class. Lessons will be given via interactive Google slide deck and recorded tutorials. There will also be a weekly Zoom meeting at 11am on Wednesdays. The Zoom meeting isn't required (you can complete the projects without it) but it adds to the fun!

We are offering special COVID pricing this winter. Add a sibling to your registration for just $10 more per additional child. Please use the separate registration form for additional children.
