Youth Yoga

Utilizing a story time yoga book, lasting about 30 minutes with a 15 minute intro and closing, guardians and children of all ages are able to engage in a playful exploration with mindful movement, connection, and commUNITY.

Student drop-offs not allowed, a guardian must be present the full duration of the class.
