Appalachian Cooking Class

Learn creative approaches to Appalachian heritage foods using locally or regionally sourced products. Emphasis on waste reduction in the kitchen, as well as demonstrating efficient and economical batch cooking techniques to best utilize quality, sustainably sourced ingredients. Classes are taught in 2 sessions. Next class in May.
